I am a highly motivated individual with a diverse skill set and a strong academic background. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from İnönü University, followed by a second Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology & Genetics at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. This unique combination of technical and biological knowledge led me to pursue a Master's degree in Bioinformatics.
In terms of technical expertise, I am well-versed in various programming languages and frameworks, including Python, C#, C++, Java, and more. My skills extend to game development using Unity and Unreal Engine, database management with SQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra, desktop and web development, mobile programming, version control with Git, and proficiency in different operating systems.
I have hands-on experience as a Marketplace Plugin Developer for Unreal Engine, where I've contributed to the development of various plugins, and as a Game/Network Engineer at GalaxiaVerse, where I worked on Unreal Engine, game mechanics, multiplayer systems, and latency optimization. I've also worked on UI management and development in Unreal Engine. I have been involved in launching a software product, working as a Software Engineer & Game Developer at VRGamingRoom, and as a Unity Game Developer at TUGA Technology.
During my academic journey, I engaged in significant research and developed valuable projects. For my Master's thesis, I created a viral enzymatic reaction library using bioinformatics databases and designed a prototype biosensor. This involved the development of a library for various enzymatic actions and a novel algorithm for enzyme prioritization. I also built an Influenza A biosensor based on this prioritization.
My Bachelor's thesis focused on social media analysis using an entropy-based tree method, where I conducted emotion analysis on Twitter data, built a custom Twitter API, and managed a distributed database system. Additionally, I have authored articles and presented conference papers, including "Oxidase Mimicking Co/2Fe MOF Included Biosensor for Sialic Acid Detection" and "A Viral Enzymatic Reaction Prioritization Tool for Development of Viral Biosensors."
In my role as a DevOps Engineer at H2H CyberSecurity Services, I gained valuable experience in cloud administration, security analysis, and the development of client control panels. Additionally, during my tenure as a Junior Software Engineer at Galileo Medical Technologies, I was responsible for the development of API endpoints and the implementation of advanced cryptography methods using Java.
Furthermore, my internship at GelişimPark Education IT & Consultancy afforded me the opportunity to showcase my adaptability and problem-solving skills. I contributed to the development of an integrated logistic support application for the Turkish Presidency of Defense Industries, underscoring my ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
You can explore my work and projects on my GitHub and LinkedIn profiles, and my Unreal Marketplace profile showcases my contributions to the gaming community.
I am passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and I'm always eager to take on new challenges. My background in both computer engineering and molecular biology, combined with my extensive technical skills and research experience, make me a versatile and innovative professional ready to tackle a wide range of projects.
